The Five Types of Decisions
There are five types of decisions, with two levels within each type:
Autocratic-I
You make the decision by yourself using the information you have available.
Autocratic-II
You obtain information from another (or others) and decide by yourself.
Consultative-I
You involve others individually by sharing the issues and obtaining their ideas, suggestions or recommendations, and then you decide.
